Job description
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the technical and economic control activities of the projects.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage the client relationship and satisfaction. Identify business opportunities.
- Review the design and coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of the project, as well as commissioning and validations.
- Control the quality of work performed on-site. Seek opportunities for improvement and/or innovation.
- Manage the economic aspects of the project and suppliers (offer comparison, cost control, invoicing, etc.).
- Lead the team (internal and subcontractors) and collaborate with various company departments.
Responsibilities
Education:
- A degree in Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s, Technical or Senior), preferably in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, is required.
Experience and Knowledge:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Engineering and/or Installers is required.
- Knowledge of clean rooms and/or the pharmaceutical sector (human and animal) is required.
- Knowledge of HVAC (air conditioning) calculations (HVAC and black utilities) is required.
- Knowledge of electrical and control calculations is valued.
- Knowledge of clean utilities is valued.
Software skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
- Knowledge of Revit is valued.
Languages
- At least a B2 level of English is required.
Skills and competencies
- Autonomy in the development of responsibilities.
- Teamwork.
- Good communication skills.
- Good management skills (team, client, subcontractors, etc.).
Mobility:
- Availability for frequent travel to Salamanca is required.
